Subscription FAQs
Technical guidance on resource allocation tiers, billing architecture, and access continuity.
How does the time-based resource allocation model work?
Instead of recurring automated subscriptions, we provision time-based access passes. Each pass grants your authenticated identity access to premium optimization modules and extended compute quotas for a strictly defined duration of 31 days.
Is there an automated recurring billing cycle?
No. To maintain financial security and user sovereignty, passes do not automatically renew. Our infrastructure does not authorize recurring charges. You must manually provision a new pass via the dashboard once your existing allocation expires.
What is the secure provisioning and payment process?
Payments are handled asynchronously as one-time transactions. All financial routing is securely processed through external PayPal gateways. The Hydra server relies solely on cryptographic webhooks to authorize your account and categorically does not ingest or store your payment credentials.
Can I scale my infrastructure to a higher-tier pass?
Yes, your environment can be scaled at any time. When you acquire a higher-tier allocation pass, the new infrastructure capabilities are applied immediately to your dashboard, and the 31-day duration resets from the precise moment of execution.
What is the refund and remuneration policy?
Due to the immediate provisioning of digital resources and server-side compute allocations, all transactions are finalized upon execution. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially utilized allocation passes under any circumstances.
