1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your access to and use of the Client, developed and maintained by ARGAMING SCRIPTS ("We," "Our," "Us"). By accessing or using the Client, you ("Client User") agree to comply with and be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree with any part of these ToS, you may not access or use the Client.

2. Definitions

• Client: Any tool, software, or service provided by ARGAMING SCRIPTS.
• Client User: Any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Client.

5. Subscription to the Client

The Client offers two subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Provides limited access to the Client's features and usage.
• Paid Subscriptions: Offer enhanced features, additional usage privileges, and other benefits.

You are responsible for all charges associated with paid subscriptions. All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. ARGAMING SCRIPTS reserves the right to modify subscription fees, features, or terms at any time.

6. Subscription Activation

Paid subscriptions are activated immediately upon purchase. Upon successful payment, you will gain access to the enhanced features of your selected subscription tier.

7. Suspension of Access – Zero Tolerance Policy

We enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Policy to maintain the integrity of the Client. ARGAMING SCRIPTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Client, regardless of subscription tier, without prior notice if any of the following violations are detected:

• Reverse Engineering: Use of reverse engineering tools on the Client.
• Unauthorized Tools: Use of any unauthorized third-party tools.
• Network Security: The use of VPNs, proxies, or other anonymizing technologies is prohibited. Access may be denied if such connections are detected.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account or subscription with others.
• Security Circumvention: Attempts to bypass the Client's security measures.
• Unauthorized Modification: Modifying the Client or its data without permission.
• Harmful Activities: Any activity deemed detrimental to the Client’s integrity or security.

8. Disclaimer

The Client is provided "as-is" without warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• No guarantee that the Client will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
• No liability for issues arising from use of the Client, including data loss, downtime, or errors.
• No guarantee that the Client will function as expected in all environments or on all devices.

9. Limitation of Liability

ARGAMING SCRIPTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Client, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Issues caused by third-party tools or services interacting with the Client.
• Unauthorized access to your device or data resulting from misuse of the Client.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ARGAMING SCRIPTS harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Client or any violation of these ToS.

11. Termination of Services

ARGAMING SCRIPTS reserves the right to terminate your access to the Client at any time, with or without cause, if:

• You violate these ToS.
• You fail to comply with subscription terms.
• Harmful activities or unauthorized use of the Client are detected.

Upon termination, you will lose access to the Client and any associated features or benefits.

12. Changes to ToS

We may update these ToS from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website or within the Client. Your continued use of the Client after the posting of revised ToS constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
